Listen, Learn, Evolve.

ear.jpg We are listening.

Over the past six weeks we’ve been listening to all the feedback, comments and suggestions that have poured in. Thank you all for your suggestions. Our mantra here is to listen, learn and evolve, so sticking with that we have made a number of refinements to recruit.net recently:

- We’ve updated the my recruit.net accounts, it’s now simple for you so set up an account to manage all your job alerts, track all your online searches and upload your resume. Give it a try.

- We’ve made is easy for you to change your active email address, while still keeping all your job alerts active and preserving your job search history.

- You can now email a specific job to a friend. (Previously we only supported emailing the entire search results and not just one specific job)

- We’ve refined our search relevancy algorithims. We’ve made it smarter and more intuitive to ensure you get fast and relevants results for all your job searches. (we challenge you to find any service which comes even close to matching our geographical coverage, scope and quality of our search!)

- We’ve rolled out our sponsored jobs feature, employers can now sponsor their job listings for optimal exposure together with their company logo either on a fixed price or pay per click basis.

- We’ve officially unveiled our Japan Job Search Engine it’s fully trilingual English, Japanese and Chinese and is progressing very nicely.

We have a ton of new features in the pipeline, so please keep the comments, feedback and suggestions coming in.
